I've forgotten my username.

Please enter your credit card number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth, and your password, then select Continue.

Please answer the security questions to retrive your username.

Your username will be displayed on the page. Please select Continue and then enter your username and password to sign on to Dillards's Card Services.

I've forgotten my password.

Please ener your credit card number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of bith, and your username, then select Contine.

I've locked my account.

Please enter your credit card number, last four digits of your Social Security Number, date of birth, and your username, then select Continue.

Enter your six digit validation code from the email we send to you and select Submit.

For your security, we do not email or present you with your current password, but it's easy to create a new password online. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and contain three or more of the following character types: uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special character (such as @, %, &, #).
