How do I change the bank account to be used for this payment?

Select the account you want to use from the list of available accounts next to Payment From. If the bank account you want to use is not listed, select the Manage Bank Information link to add another account to your profile.

Why isn't the payment date I want available?

Payments can be scheduled as early as today and as late as 90 days in the future. Only six payments are allowed per day.

When will this payment be credited to my credit card account?

The payment will be credited based on the Payment Date you selected. It may take up to four business days for the payment to appear on your account.
