How do I update my phone number or email address?

Your current phone number and email address are displayed in the Welcome box. To change your phone number, email address, and/or language preference, you may select Update Account Profile under Manage Profile from Dillard's Card Services main menu. To change your home/permanent address, please call Customer Service at 1-866-834-6294,

How do I update my rewards choice?

Your current rewards choice is indicated to the left of the rewards progress bar in the "Shop. Earn. Enjoy" box. To change your current rewards choice, you may select Rewards Choice under Manage Profile from the Dillard’s Card Services main menu. Please allow up to two billing statements for your rewards choice to become effective. Employees, officers, and directors of Dillard's Inc. are not eligible for Dillard's Rewards.



How do I change my Statement Delivery Method?

Your current Statement Delivery Method is displayed in the Account Summary box. To change your statement delivery method, select Statement Delivery Method under Statements from Dillard's Card Services main menu. Please note: Statement Delivery Method changes to be reflected online immediately however it may take one or more billing cycles to take effect.



I don't recognize a transaction that appears on my account.

Please check with all of the cardholders who might have used your account to determine if the purchase was made by one of them. If not, you may either call Customer Service at 1-866-834-6294,
