Your
current rewards choice is indicated to the left of the rewards progress bar in
the "Shop. Earn. Enjoy" box. To change your current rewards choice, you may select Rewards
Choice under Manage Profile from the Dillard’s Card Services main menu.
Please allow up to two billing statements for your rewards choice to become
effective. Employees, officers, and directors of Dillard's Inc. are not
eligible for Dillard's Rewards.
Your
current Statement Delivery Method is displayed in the Account Summary box. To
change your statement delivery method, select Statement Delivery Method under
Statements from Dillard's Card Services main menu. Please note: Statement Delivery Method
changes to be reflected online immediately however it may take one or more
billing cycles to take effect.
